☕ Preparation Instructions
You can prepare MONSAN Tea using either hot water or hot milk:

What You’ll Need:

⅓ teaspoon of MONSAN Tea powder (use the scoop provided)

150–200 ml of hot water or milk

A cup or mug
-
A spoon for stirring

With Hot Water

Heat water to 90–95°C (194–203°F).

Add ⅓ teaspoon of MONSAN Tea to your cup.

Pour in 150–200 ml of hot water.

Stir thoroughly and let steep for 2min.

Optional: Add honey or sweetener to taste.

Taste and enjoy!
With Hot Milk

Heat milk to about 70–80°C (158–176°F) (do not boil).

Add ⅓ teaspoon of MONSAN Tea to your cup.

Pour in 150–200 ml of hot milk.

Stir well to create a smooth, creamy blend and let steep for 2min.

Optional: Sweeten as desired.

⚖️ Safe Consumption Guidelines
Each 25ml bottle of MONSAN Tea contains approximately 10g of natural herbal powder, offering up to 33 servings.
For the perfect MONSAN experience:

Using the scoop provided with your jar, add 2 scoops (0.15 g) into your cup.

Pour over freshly boiled water (or warm milk if you prefer).

Allow to steep for 5 minutes before enjoying.

Add sugar, honey, or a sweetener of your choice if you’d like a little extra flavour.

Enjoy up to 3 cups per day (maximum recommended).

Each 25 ml jar (10 g net) contains around 33 servings.
This dosage provides a balanced intake of spices such as ginger, cinnamon, clove, cardamom, and saffron, which are naturally potent in flavour and bioactivity. Regular consumption in moderation may support digestion, circulation, and overall warmth and comfort.
However, due to the strength of these botanicals:

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake

Always start with a small amount if trying for the first time, especially if you have a sensitive stomach or are new to spiced herbal blends

🧊 Storage Instructions
MONSAN Tea contains no preservatives and is packaged in a glass bottle with a wooden cap, which is not airtight. For best freshness and safety:

Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal tightly after each use. No refrigeration required
